Becky has served as Associate Director of HR, working with the company since 2019.  She has a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification. Prior to Ethan Allen, she was the HR Director for Williams Lumber and an HR Generalist at Adams Fairacre Farms. Additionally, she currently serves on the board of the Beatrix Farrand Garden Association.
